WWE NXT Heatwave will feature a new title match, as Jacy Jayne puts her TNA Knockouts World Championship on the line in a Triple Threat Match.
On the August 12 episode of NXT, General Manager Ava informed Jayne that her next defense would be against Masha Slammovich and Ash By Elegance. The announcement didn’t sit well with the champion, who will now have to face both challengers at once.
Although Jayne also holds the NXT Women’s Championship, only the TNA Knockouts Title will be contested in this match.
Heatwave, now recognized as a main roster WWE premium live event, takes place Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts. This edition marks the event’s first live broadcast on Netflix.
