Karrion Kross Has Officially Left WWE

Karrion Kross confirms his WWE departure with Scarlett is real, not part of any storyline.

Karrion Kross has ended speculation about his WWE status, confirming that he and Scarlett are no longer with the company. Both of their contracts expired on August 10, and neither has signed a new deal.

Speaking with Ariel Helwani, Kross made it clear he was addressing the matter as himself, Kevin, not in character.

“No. I’m not answering questions today as a character. This is Kevin.”

Helwani asked if it was true that his contract had expired and he had not agreed to new terms.

“You said your WWE contract expired on August 10th. As of right now, you have not re-signed with them. You do not have a new deal with them. Is that accurate?”

Kross confirmed.

“Yes, that’s accurate. I’m not working anyone.”

WWE has since moved both Kross and Scarlett to the alumni section of its website, a step usually signaling a genuine departure. Reports inside the company indicate there is no expectation of their return.

Following their exit, the pair announced they are now taking bookings, officially entering free agency. Where they head next remains to be seen.
