Karrion Kross and Scarlett, now free agents, have lined up their first public appearance since their WWE contracts ended on August 10. Their exit came shortly after a well-received SummerSlam match against Sami Zayn on August 3.
The pair will appear at The Big Event NY’s “EXS Entertainment x Sports Expo” in Brentwood, New York. Scheduled for Saturday, November 15, at the Suffolk Credit Union Arena, the convention is billed as the largest autograph signing event in the Northeast.
Kross recently discussed his departure in an interview with Ariel Helwani, revealing that WWE offered him a last-minute contract with only 24 hours to decide. He declined because the company would not share the metrics used to determine his value.
“They were reportedly unwilling to provide me with the metrics used to determine their valuation.”
The offer was pulled the next day. Scarlett was not included in those talks, with WWE indicating her status would be handled separately—a move Kross viewed as disrespectful to their partnership.
Despite leaving, Kross said the door is still open for a return and that he and Scarlett are open to future talks with WWE. For now, they are taking independent bookings and have interest from major promotions such as TNA and NJPW.
Kross also shared that he didn’t know his SummerSlam match would be his last in WWE. Had he known, he would have pushed for a more memorable conclusion to his run for the fans.
