Joe Hendry is scheduled to appear on the August 19 episode of WWE NXT in Philadelphia. The announcement was made during the TNA Emergence on August 15.
While Hendry was joining Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt for guest commentary on the match between Mike Santana and Sami Callihan, Hannifan revealed the news of Hendry’s upcoming NXT appearance.

This continues Hendry’s run on the NXT brand. On the August 12 episode, he defeated Charlie Dempsey in a singles match. His history with the brand includes headlining NXT PLEs and a match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania.
