Lola Vice has punched her ticket to an NXT Women’s Championship match. She emerged victorious from a Triple Threat contest at Heatwave on Sunday, defeating both Jaida Parker and Kelani Jordan to become the new number one contender.
The conclusion of the match, which opened the in-ring action for the night, saw Vice capitalize on a crucial miscalculation. After Vice evaded Jaida Parker’s “Hipnotic” finisher, the move inadvertently struck Kelani Jordan. Vice then quickly rolled up Parker for the pinfall victory.

A specific date for Vice’s championship opportunity has not yet been announced.
She is now set to challenge the reigning NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne. Jayne was also in action at Heatwave, where she had a scheduled defense of her TNA Knockouts World Championship.
