Danhausen, even after a negative initial impression in his troubled debut at WWE Elimination Chamber, held last Saturday in Chicago, has started to surprise with unexpected numbers.
According to PW Insider, the initial sales of the new Danhausen t-shirt in WWE greatly pleased company officials. The surprise is due to the bad reaction from the audience in the first contact.
Danhausen was revealed as the content of the WWE mystery box, which for two weeks had been leaving fans curious with appearances on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown.
Despite the criticisms received initially, Danhausen was publicly defended by WWE Hall of Famer, Ricky Morton, and by AJ Styles.
Previously, rumors emerged that Danhausen would make a new appearance on last Monday’s Monday Night RAW, in Indianapolis, however this did not happen.
Danhausen left AEW in February, days before making his debut in WWE. The wrestler, however, had been off TV since 2025. His last appearances before Elimination Chamber had been on the independent circuit.
