The event was the first TripleMania to be presented following WWE’s acquisition of the Mexican promotion. The global broadcast began with WWE’s “Then Now Forever Together” signature before transitioning to an introduction highlighting the new partnership. On the night of the event, the hashtag #TripleMania was the number one trending topic on X in both the United States and Mexico.

The main event saw El Hijo del Vikingo retain the AAA Mega Championship against Dragon Lee, Dominik Mysterio, and El Grande Americano, who was revealed to be Ludwig Kaiser. The match featured interference from members of The Judgment Day and the LWO. The deciding moment came when a masked figure hit the ring and delivered a Styles Clash to Dominik Mysterio before unmasking as AJ Styles. Vikingo capitalized on the attack, hitting a 630 Splash on Mysterio to secure the victory.

Several other key matches and segments featuring WWE talent took place throughout the night.
