Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has revealed that he is receiving death threats in the aftermath of his son’s controversial appearance at a KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy event. Speaking at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday night, the former MMA star said the backlash has been overwhelming. “A lot of people calling me a bad father… It’s unnecessary,” Jackson said, adding that racist comments have also been directed at him.

The uproar stems from an incident on Saturday involving his son, Raja Jackson, and independent wrestler Syko Stu, real name Stuart Smith. What was intended to be a planned segment during the show escalated into a legitimate assault. Raja knocked Stu out and continued to land punches on him while he was already unconscious, leaving Stu with serious head injuries.

According to witnesses, tension between the two had begun before the event. Stu allegedly hit Raja with an empty beer can, and the promotion attempted to fold the animosity into the storyline of the match. That decision backfired when the confrontation turned real inside the ring.

Syko Stu was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated for severe head trauma. By Monday, his brother confirmed that Stu was conscious and able to speak. A crowdfunding campaign was launched to help cover medical expenses and has already raised more than R$60,000. Among the donors was Chris Jericho, who contributed R$2,500.

The Los Angeles Police Department has opened an investigation into the incident. As of now, no arrests have been made.
