Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon held a birthday celebration at Gotham Hall in New York City this past Saturday, with a guest list that included some of the biggest names in the company’s history. The event marks one of McMahon’s first public social gatherings since his resignation from TKO Group Holdings and a car accident earlier this year.
Among those in attendance were The Undertaker and his wife Michelle McCool, Kane, John Cena, and McMahon’s son, Shane McMahon. The party also drew current superstars like Sheamus and R-Truth (Ron Killings), as well as WWE Hall of Famers and longtime associates including Gerald Brisco, Sgt. Slaughter, JBL, and current WWE executive Bruce Prichard.

This celebration capped a noteworthy week for McMahon, who had been spotted in New York on August 23, his first public appearance since a car collision in Connecticut on July 24, 2025. During that earlier sighting, he was seen with Prichard, JBL, and Brisco, the same associates who attended his birthday party.
McMahon’s recent public appearances are his first since stepping down from his position within WWE’s parent company, TKO Group, after a civil lawsuit was filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant. He has remained out of the public eye while the civil case remains active. During an appearance in the TMZ special The Real Hulk Hogan in early August, observers noted he had debuted a new look, with his hair dyed white.
