Mercedes Mone defeated Emersyn Jayne in a title-versus-title match to win the Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s Championship, bringing her total number of championships to nine.

Mercedes Mone has won the Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s Championship after defeating Emersyn Jayne on August 22. The victory increases her active championship collection to nine titles.

The title-versus-title match took place during Revolution Pro Wrestling’s (RevPro) ‘Global Wars’ event at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London. Mone, who put her RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship on the line, secured the win by making Jayne submit to the Bank Statement.

With this latest acquisition, Mone’s current title holdings are:

  • AEW TBS Championship
  • RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship
  • Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s Championship
  • EWA Women’s Championship
  • Prime Time Wrestling Women’s Championship
  • BestYa Wrestling Women’s Championship
  • CMLL World Women’s Championship
  • 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Championship
  • Queen of Southside Championship (unified with the RevPro title)

The bout marked the first time the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship was defended outside of Scotland. Emersyn Jayne entered the match as a two-time champion, having held the title for nearly 600 consecutive days and over 1,000 days combined.

Mone’s schedule in the UK continues, as she is set to team with Dani Luna and Kanji against the Cut Throat Collective (Alex Windsor, Nina Samuels, & Safire Reed) in a six-woman tag team match on August 23. Following that, she will defend her AEW TBS Championship against Alex Windsor, Persephone, and Bozilla in a four-way match at Forbidden Door on August 24.
