Saraya has publicly responded to fan harassment she received after canceling a meet and greet appearance due to a pet-related emergency. The free agent addressed the backlash on social media, stating that while fan frustration is understandable, the response escalated to “awful names” and mock TikTok videos, which she deemed “uncalled for.”
The situation began after a fan criticized Saraya on Twitter for the cancellation. In her detailed response, Saraya distinguished between disappointment and cruelty, reaffirming her commitment to her fanbase.

“You can absolutely be frustrated. But to make tik tok videos, harass me, call me awful names because I decided to stay home with my extremely sick dog who was rushed to the emergency room is uncalled for. I’m really great with my fans and try to make my meet n greet experiences a fun time for them… That’s why my M&Gs do so well because I f***** love my fans.”
This public interaction comes as Saraya remains a prominent free agent in professional wrestling. Despite ongoing fan speculation about a potential return to WWE, there have been no confirmed developments or negotiations as of August 20, 2025.
Saraya’s last run with WWE concluded in 2022. She later joined AEW, capturing the Women’s World Championship before her contract expired in March 2025. Although she has expressed strong interest in a WWE return in interviews as recently as July 2025, credible backstage reports state that the company currently has no active plans to re-sign her. While rumors suggested a possible appearance at the Evolution event in July, it did not happen. In the meantime, Saraya continues to work on her Rulebreakers podcast and a book release.
