WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were recently photographed on a family vacation in Mykonos, Greece. Photos obtained by TMZ show the couple enjoying downtime with their children, relaxing in the sun and by the water.
The trip provides a moment of respite during a relatively quiet period in WWE’s premium live event calendar. The company’s next major show, Clash in Paris, is scheduled for August 31. Following the event in France, WWE’s programming schedule is expected to intensify heading into the fall season.

Recent Scrutiny of Creative Direction
While Triple H is away, his creative leadership has been the subject of recent discussion from both past talent and current fans.
On August 15, former WWE superstar Maven commented on the historical locker room perception of Triple H, claiming that during his time as a top in-ring competitor, there was a general lack of trust in him. Maven stated that many wrestlers felt Triple H had a reputation for “holding down” talent.
Online Fan Discourse
Separately, recent fan conversations online have also focused on Triple H’s current booking style. A thread on Reddit gained traction for criticizing his creative philosophy as “boring” and overly reliant on long, dominant championship reigns. The handling of talent such as Austin Theory and Omos were cited as specific points of contention.
However, the discourse included counterarguments, with other fans defending the current direction. Supporters of the regime pointed to the deliberate character build for Theory and the increased television roles for superstars like Liv Morgan, Chad Gable, Ricochet, and Maxxine Dupri as positive developments.
